Crystal took hold of an opportunity to learn of a different religion, after being forced by her parents to participate. They hoped that Crystal would despise the Muslim beliefs, culture, and way of life, just as they did. Her parents believed all Muslims to be terrorist. When Crystal learns about Muslim culture and their willingness to obey God, she questions her own Christianity-the way she was taught to believe and worship Christ. I must say that I was in awe of this short tale. I believe every man and woman should be judged accordingly by the almighty, regardless of how, when, where and why people choose to worship Christ. Their beliefs should be respected in every aspect of spirituality, religion, and Christianity. Through this young writer's eyes, I was able to learn something about a religion I've never had an interest in reverting to. This young writer gave me a broader insight and respect to Muslim culture.
