Sands of Time by Ayisha Blevins is a book that is full of short stories and poems. As I read the book, I could feel all of the raw emotions wanting desperately to be set free. Ms. Blevins has a unique style of writing which enables the reader to a small sliver of the pain that was endured by the characters in Sands of Time. The creativeness of the author shines brightly throughout the entire book, and not once does it seem to lose its magnitude. This is an excellent read for anyone that likes a variety of topics in the literary field. Reviewed by Darcy J. Busch
